SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION

Scholarships area available for Kappa Kappa Iota members who are either current educators and or retired educators. Grants are available to educators who are not members of Kappa Kappa Iota.

LAMBDA STATE SCHOLARSHIPS

Lambda State offers two scholarships; the Whelchel-Wooton Scholarship and the Arienne Thrasher Scholarship.

WHELCHEL-WOOTON SCHOLARSHIP     
APPLICATION    

The Whelchel-Wooton Scholarship is a one-time scholarship presented to a deserving high school graduate who is entering college or to one who is already in college, preparing for a career in teaching.                                                            
ARIENNE THRASHER SCHOLARSHIP 
  APPLICATION

This scholarship is awarded to an active member of Kappa Kappa Iota who desires to continue professional growth by taking enrichment courses or by working toward a higher degree.

All applicants must be sponsored by a local Kappa chapter.
