BOOKS and BEARS
Each Kappa Kappa Iota chapter collects children's books and Teddy Bears /stuffed animals to donate to organizations that assist children who are victims of abuse or neglect. Each chapter donates BOOKS and BEARS to Lambda State for distribution. Unless otherwise specified by the Lambda State president BOOKS and BEARS collection occurs during the annual December Holiday event.​​
COMMUNITY SUPPORT
Each chapter is encouraged to participate in local community support activities.
All are encouraged to observe Make a Difference Day in their community.
